Blimey, that’s proper good stuff. First hit’s like a whiff of a Turkish leather shop, then bam—big mineral lemons, almost like someone’s squeezed a whole fruit into chalk dust. Bit medicinal, yeah, but in that nice aspirin-in-honey way. Salted porridge vibes, a touch of oysters, and just a hint of garage tools lurking in the background. Smoke’s there but not overpowering, more like a campfire you’ve walked past. Finishes long, with that beeswax and straw thing going on. Cures what ails ya, this does. 🍋

First thing that hits you is this big, zesty lemon peel note 🍋 – really bright and clean. There's a bit of smokiness hiding underneath, like a distant beach bonfire. You also get this fascinating, almost industrial hint... like sniffing a well-worn toolbox or a leather shop door swinging open. The palate is surprisingly big for how light it feels. More of that perfect lemon, now mixed with wet chalk and a tiny hint of mint. It's oddly medicinal in a comforting way, like a fancy homemade remedy. The sherry cask sweetness just whispers in the background, balancing it all out. The finish just goes on and on. Pure, slightly salty, and incredibly moreish. It's less about heavy smoke or dirt, and more about this clean, mineral, citrus-driven character. Really lovely stuff 😊. Feels like it cures what ails you.

First sip, it's really bigger on the palate – wow, the citrus hits hard, even more lemon than usual, like big mineral lemons. 🍋 It's purer, lighter, rather less dirty, with that chalk and plaster vibe and a hint of beach sand. Tastes like new natural leather from a Turkish shop or that garage tools feeling after rain. Kind of salty, like oysters or salted porridge. More floral and medicinal now, a bit blade-y, not massive though. 🌿 There's straw and embrocations in there, maybe some smoke. Reminds me of aspirin tablets in water with lemon and honey – simply extremely good, pure, lemony, long finish. Really cures you after a long day. Lots of love for this one! 😊

第一口有点被 mineral lemon 的冲击力震了一下，感觉像是一口喝下去了一块带着咸味的柠檬矿石。奇妙的是，嘴里慢慢化出蜂蜡和薄荷的感觉，凉凉的，甜甜的。 然后就联想到土耳其街边皮具店的味道，不是那种脏脏的工业感，是新皮革、木头和一点点灰尘混合的干净气息。余韵很长，是淡淡的烟和一丝若有若无的金属味。 整体感觉很清透，像清晨的海边，喝完有点通体舒畅的意思 😄

第一口就让我想起更多柠檬，特别纯净的Springbank那种感觉，柠檬的酸度刚好。 不会太重，像是用水化开的阿司匹林药片，加了柠檬汁和一点蜂蜜香草精的味道。 有点锐利，但又带点车库工具间那种干净的金属感。 挺治愈的，真的。 沙滩、干草、粉笔灰和石膏的联想也出来了。 不算浓烈，反而更像药感多一点。 隐约有点土耳其皮革店的风情，蜂蜡的光泽。 总之就是相当好，简单又高级 👍
