Wow, that dram last night was something else! First off, super dark chocolate and a whole bunch of dark fruits – black cherries, blueberries, even hints of strawberry wine. Totally astonishing how it unfolded. Then this wave of spices hit, like an embarrassment of exotic spices: black pepper, dried lavender, cloves, all nestled between the spice racks. The earthy side came through strong – earthy strong tea, with whispers of tea tree oil and eucalyptus extract, almost medicinal. Peatier and sootier than I expected, reminding me of graphite oil and the darkest shoe polish. But then it softened into something sweeter: molten salted liquorice, mint jelly, preserved fruits glazed in honey. The finish was like a lazy ramble along the shoreline, with black coffee and walnut extracts lingering. More spicy and more fruity as it went on, with that ancient, oily depth. 👍

刚倒上一杯，这香气真是让人迷失，kind of nose you can just get lost in for hours。闻起来有 strawberry wine 的果香，混着 black coffee 的醇苦和 eucalyptus extract 的清新。喝下去，感觉像走进 the fruit market，满是 Myriad red and dark fruits，还有 dark fruit compotes 的甜美。泥煤味 peatier 而来，带点 sootier 的烟熏，像 burning oils 和 earthy strong tea 的结合。 中段超级复杂，Bewilderingly complex，尝到 black truffle oil 的奢华，various game meats 的野性，还有 precious hardwood resins 和 dried lavender 的芬芳。maraschino cherries 的甜腻在口中打转，walnut extracts 和 mint jelly 给了个意外转折。整体 more spicy，herbal bitters 和 the medicine jar 的感觉，夹杂 embarrasment of exotic spices，就像 between the spice racks 那样琳琅满目。 回味很长，带点 ancient leather 和 herbal toothpaste 的草本感，earthier 的泥土气息，像 past the farmyard。还有 expensive Manhattan cocktails 的优雅，cloves 和 simmering espresso 的温暖，black pepper 的辛辣点缀。最后，lazy ramble along the shoreline 的悠闲，wild strawberries 和 black pepper-spiced biltong 的野趣，mulling spices 的香料余韵。 真是 Totally astonishing，Just, more... 的感觉，越喝越有层次。老 pinot noir 的果味和 preserved fruits glazed in honey and golden syrup 的蜜甜缠绕，让人欲罢不能。🥃

Lovely warm dram 🥃 I get soft honey, a bit of oak, and a wee touch of spice. Feels cosy rather than heavy, with a gentle sweet finish. Quite easy to sip on a chilly evening.
