Justhad a dram that hits Sharp citrus – lemon and grapefruit very zesty, with a whiff of paraffin and antiseptic iodine, slightly pungent. Colour pale gold, looks Old school, and it takes water extremely well, opening up sooty, ashy notes that remind me of more quality shoe polish and a touch of varnish, plus a hint of soot and a whisper of ashes. There’s a grassy side, a hint of verdejo and Spanish white wine minerality, plus a pinch of salt. It’s long, sooty, and totally up my alley – really very good, not disappointed at all. Swims well with a drop of water. 🥃🍋

Took a sip and it’s already a proper Old‑school feel – pale gold light, then hit with a sharp, slightly pungent kick that’s oddly grassy and a touch like shoe polish, not bad at all. There’s a zesty grapefruit note that lifts it, then a silky after‑taste of salt and ash that swirls in, almost medicinal but still very good. It takes water quickly like a fine mineral, and the whole thing just swims, so I’m totally up my alley. 🌿🍋

Had a dram tonight that reminded me of a breezy coastal walk – sharp citrus hit, Perfect lemon zing with a hint of grapefruit, a slight sooty edge like old school bonfire ashes. It’s got that metallic/mineral profile, perfect minerality, and a slightly pungent note that just swims well with a splash of water. Takes water extremely well, opens up more lemon and iodine vibes, feels long and satisfying. Totally up my alley, not disappointed at all. 🥃🍋

我最近找到了这种风味真的是我爱喝的！ 😊 有股草莓味的旁边，也有医疗口味的感觉，喝完后还是很香。喝到时感觉很有质感，一直喝到下一杯都很爽！我特别喜欢这种酒的清新的味道，总是让我觉得很清醒。但有时候喝完会后悔喝了太多，感觉脑袋有点晕。总之这个酒我就是特别爱喝。

Blimey, that’s proper old school stuff. First hit’s all soot and shoe polish, like an old leather armchair by a coal fire. Then there’s this sharp, almost antiseptic zing—lemony but with a metallic edge, like licking a copper coin after rain. Add a splash of water and it just opens up, all salty and ashy, but in a good way. The paraffin’s there, but it’s the nice kind, not harsh. Long finish too, leaves you with that sooty warmth lingering. Totally my cup of tea 🥃
