第一口就让我想起更多柠檬，特别纯净的Springbank那种感觉，柠檬的酸度刚好。 不会太重，像是用水化开的阿司匹林药片，加了柠檬汁和一点蜂蜜香草精的味道。 有点锐利，但又带点车库工具间那种干净的金属感。 挺治愈的，真的。 沙滩、干草、粉笔灰和石膏的联想也出来了。 不算浓烈，反而更像药感多一点。 隐约有点土耳其皮革店的风情，蜂蜡的光泽。 总之就是相当好，简单又高级 👍

Pour this one and the first thing you get is that salty, porridge-y, cereal thing. Really reminds me of something hearty, like a breakfast by the sea. The citrus is huge though - big, mineral lemons, like a squeeze of lemon on that porridge. It’s got a real medicinal, herbal edge too, like a good dose of embrocations. Cures what ails you, doesn’t it? It’s got this whiff of a leather shop in Turkey – rich, but not heavy. Then there’s chalk and beach sand, a real mineral, seaside vibe. The sherry gives it a touch of sweetness, more floral notes, but the bourbon character makes it bigger, spicier on the palate. Purer and pretty blade-y in its delivery. More lemon comes through with water, and a lovely Campbeltown barley straw note. It’s a real journey – medicinal, citrusy, salty, leathery. Love it. 🥃

开瓶就能闻到很多柠檬和柑橘，像走进药房但混着花香 👃 喝起来有春天刚下过雨的那种清新感，不厚重 雪莉桶和波本桶大概三分一 vs 三分二的比例挺明显 烟熏感不算重，但一直隐约在那儿 质地很干净，不怎么有“脏”感 确实有点像舔粉笔墙或者新石灰的矿物感 尾调很长，带出皮革和蜂蜡的味道 咸咸的燕麦粥混着薄荷，尾端有点像海滩沙子的咸味 整体更偏清新路线，不算特别浓烈 但柠檬的清新和矿物质的层次感拿捏得刚好 最后有点车库工具间的感觉？但不讨厌 总之是很纯粹、很春天的一杯 🌊✨

Just had a sip of this one. Wow, it's really light on the nose – less of that tarry note, much more citrus. Big, clean lemons and a bit of beeswax, maybe some straw. There’s a definite chalky/mineral thing going on, like licking a pebble. On the palate it’s bigger than you’d expect, though. Thin mints, a touch of salted porridge... the lemon is perfect, not sharp but full, with some floral hints. Feels kind of medicinal, in a good way – reminds me of dissolving an aspirin in water with honey and a squeeze of lemon. Slightly waxy, like new leather. A very pure expression. Finish is long, with a bit more smoke coming through at the end and a hint of oyster shell. It’s not a massive whisky, but it’s clean as a whistle, like a Spring morning by the beach. Simple but brilliant. Feels like it’s doing you good. 😊

Really fresh and lemony, with a salty, mineral kick 🍋 Feels clean but a bit medicinal, like old leather, beeswax and garage tools in the best way. Light smoke, minty edge, long finish. Lovley stuff.
