Hada dram tonight that felt like beach sand and chalk under my feet, with a big mineral lemon zing and a hint of beeswax. The palate got bigger, more floral, a touch of leather shop in Turkey vibe, and a long, slightly medicinal finish. Not massive but purer, less dirty, less tarry, and the lemon is perfect. Feels like thin mints meets salted porridge, with a dash of aspirin tablets in water with lemon juice and honey. Overall, simply extremely good. 😊

It’s a proper one‑off, bright and medicinal‑lemony sip, like you’ve just dropped an aspirin tablet in a glass of lemon water with a splash of honey and vanilla. The palate is light, not massive at all, and the citrus bursts straight away – big mineral lemons that feel almost chalky, like you’re standing on beach sand while a gentle breeze carries a hint of fresh flowers. There’s a whisper of thin‑mint freshness, a touch of beeswax and new leather, and the whole thing feels oddly cleaner, rather less “dirty” than I’d expect. A faint note of oysters and a subtle, almost chalk‑and‑plaster after‑taste lingers, but it’s all very pure and simply extremely good. 😊

啊 mate 刚喝到这一口真的proper开心🥃 先是那种泡了柠檬汁加蜂蜜 vanilla 香精的阿司匹林药感，但完全不冲， lemon 酸度调得刚好，后头慢慢出点土耳其皮革店的新皮子味儿，还有粉笔混石膏的味儿，像球队更衣室擦的那种 embrocation 味儿？ 哦对底子带点海沙和稻草香， palate 上比普通的重好多，更蓬松， floral 调也蹿上来了，还有咸麦粥的香气，末尾还飘点点生蚝的鲜咸，而且完全没那种腻人的 tarry 味儿，干净得很。 整体三分雪莉三分波本的比例调得真绝，药感混着柠檬的劲儿特别正，完全不齁，尾韵长得很， chalk 的余味飘好久，真的巨好喝，一口下去整个都通了的感觉🥰 哦对还有一点点五金店工具架的金属感？我超爱这个点

Bloody hell, this is simply extremely good. 🍋 Tastes like a mix of salted porridge and fresh straw, with a weird but lovely feeling of garage tools in the background. Lots of lemon and a bit of beeswax too. It's much lighter and purer than usual, less tarry and not as 'dirty'. Just a big, floral hit on the palate with a touch of chalk. Proper treat! 🥃

First sip... big mineral lemons hit you, really bright. It's not massive but feels incredibly pure, almost medicinal in a clean way. Like walking past a leather shop in Turkey, that smell of new hide, but then there's a chalky, plaster note too. 🤔 It's more lemon-forward than you'd expect, with a lovely floral lift. Less tarry than some, more citrusy and sharp - pretty blade-y, actually. There's a hint of thin mints and something savoury, like oysters with a bit of salt. The smoke is there but gentle. The finish is long, leaving this feeling of garage tools and beeswax, but in a strangely pleasant way. It's simply extremely good, really moreish. Cheers! 👍
