Firstsip hits you with a sharp lemon-and-coal-smoke combo, then a wave of burning fir wood and a hint of tincture of iodine. Mid-palate there's a salty, almost seawater note, with pickled samphire and an almondy lemony aftertaste. Finish is long and very salty, like bone marrow broth with a touch of tiger balm and menthol. Feels stunning, like a coastal bonfire 🥃
