Right, cheers. Just had a wee dram. Wow, it's really quite something. First off, the nose is quite sharp, like... chiselled, but then you get this whiff of sheep wool, strangely enough. 🐑 Taste-wise, it's drier than I expected. Very mineral and saline, with a kick of lime juice. There's this definite medical, antiseptic sort of note, reminds me of the lighter side of Caol Ila – not too heavy, you know? A touch of lemony smoke, but more like lemon and ginger tea, really pleasant. It's got this interesting fragile quality to it. Some iodine droplets, a bit briny like seaweed crackers. Lovely herbal edge, elegant. And it's nicely complex, not boring at all. Finish is long. A bit of crushed seashells, flint smoke, and a lingering minty, almost aspirin-like feel. Very gluggable, dangerously so! It's just... pleasurable. Good stuff. 👍

First sip hits with this lemony smokiness – reminds me of someone’s poured a bit of Caol Ila into a cup of pine resin and seaweed crackers. There’s a tangy, briny edge from those preserved lemons in brine, but it’s not sharp, more like a cheeky wink. The texture’s rough, like licking a pebble wrapped in sheep wool and hessian. Then the smoke rolls in – flint and smoked oatmeal – with a medicinal whisper that’s oddly comforting, like a spoonful of aspirin dissolved in lemon and ginger tea. The finish is long and dry, leaving this smoky lemony trail, almost like smoked mint leaf and pollen got tangled up in there. Oddly gluggable, but there’s a fragile quality to it, like it’d vanish if you blinked. Proper curious stuff.

哦，这杯有点意思！一上来的咸鲜感很直接，就像腌柠檬和海水的味道，让我想起了在海边小摊买的海苔饼干。 它是那种轻盈的烟熏，带着点薄荷叶的清凉和干燥的草药香。杯底还有点麦秸秆和干花的香气，挺优雅的。 喝着喝着，脑子里蹦出些奇怪的画面：像刚洗完澡的浴室蒸汽，夹着点药水味，还有小时候闻过的那种消毒水？😂 但一点都不讨厌。 口感很特别，有种矿石和燧石的质地，干净利落。回味很长，是柠檬、姜和一丝烟熏的混合，像喝了一杯温热的柠檬姜茶。 整体感觉很平衡，复杂但又喝得很顺。确实危险，因为不知不觉就想再来一口… 😅 很享受！

这杯喝下去第一感觉真好，有点像柠檬姜茶里混了点烟熏的麦片。 是那种柠檬皮的酸香，但底下压着一股燧石似的烟，不呛人，反而挺提神。有股子海澡和咸饼干的味道，让我想起海边。 喝到后面有点像消毒水？但别担心，是小时候那种带碘酒味的创可贴气息，居然不讨厌。还有点像羊圈里的干草和羊毛混合的味道，挺特别的。 收尾很长，喉咙里留着淡淡的烟和柠檬皮，还有点薄荷和草药的感觉。确实易饮，不知不觉就见底了 😅

Straightaway on the nose, it's quite straightforward – briny and very salty, like you're right by the coast. 🌊 Reminds me a bit of kippers and seawater, maybe even a large plate of oysters fresh from the sea. Taste-wise, it's light but pretty big on flavour. There's a grassy feeling mixed with white wine and apple skins, a tad prickly, and slightly bitter. I get notes of fresh walnuts and almonds, with an elegant almost brine touch. Always salty, you know? And that grapefruit hint pops up. Makes me think of barley water on a sunny day. A good trial run – simple yet satisfying. 😊
