哇，这杯酒真是…蜂蜜和蜡质的香气一下就出来了，混着烤面包的温暖感，像刚出炉的黄油卷子。 喝下去有成熟的苹果和香蕉的甜，还有一丝香草布丁的滑润感。雪莉桶的味道很明显，带来扎实的果干和蜜饯气息，但底子里依然能喝出麦芽和谷物的本味，有点像玉米糕的扎实感。 后段慢慢浮现出一些花朵和果皮的清香，收尾时竟然有点…花园里盛开的那种感觉？甜而不腻，层次感很足，就是酒精感稍微有点明显，喝起来暖呼呼的。

First off, the colour's a rich gold, really inviting. 🌟 Smells like sunflower oil and fresh dough, almost like focaccia straight from the oven. There's a floral side to it, with hints of mirabelles and ripe apples. When I sip, it's a bit strong and hot, but excellent nonetheless. Feels natural and oily, with vegetal oils and a touch of sherry sweetness. Reminds me of old-school styles, all barley and that bread-like vibe – sourdough, pancakes, the lot. Finish brings out the flowers more, alongside apple peel and a hint of wax. Still got biscuits and doughs lingering. A proper treat for a whisky lover. 😊

Right then, let’s have a proper nosing. 👃 First sniff – oh aye, that’s honeyed orchard fruits straight off. Stewed apples, a hint of pear drop sweeties, then this lovely waft of vanilla custard. No messin’ about. 👅 Sipping it neat now… ooft. Silky, almost chewy. That orchard fruit carries through but gets all dried now – think apple rings and a dusting of cinnamon. Then this brilliant thread of runny caramel and a wee touch of toasted oak comes creeping in. There’s a subtle spice too, like a whisper of nutmeg, nothin’ shouty. 💨 Letting it breathe a bit more, I’m getting a faint coastal brine note. Like a salted toffee 🍬 mixed with a handful of dried herbs from the garden. Maybe a smidge of that sweet, earthy malt at the core holdin’ it all together. The finish is a proper warm glow. Medium-long, with the spice fading gently and leaving behind a soft, almost oily nuttiness. Hazelnut spread on warm toast vibes. Leaves you wantin’ another dram right away. Dead comfy, like a favourite cardie. Lovely stuff. 🥃✨

Lovely cosy dram 🥃 I get honey, soft caramel, a bit of dried fruit and gentle oak. There’s a wee spicey warmth, not too sharp, with a mellow finish that feels quite comforting.

This whisky's a proper treat – starts with a nice smoky kick, then you get these fruity hints that make it interesting. A bit of spice too, and a smooth vanilla finish. Really warms you up on a cold evening. 🥃😊 Sometimes I reckon it's a tad sweet, but that's alright with me.
