刚倒出来闻着有点胶皮味和生土气息，不过很快就散了。橘子酱、英国棕酱和烟斗丝混在一起，挺上头的。喝起来先是胡椒和黑巧，接着腌火腿、咖啡、马德拉酒那种氧化感，中段发酵李子酱和顶级烟草雪莉的深邃，肉感十足。收尾焦油和皮革，硫磺臭一闪而过，整体就像从无过滤嘴香烟里嘬烟丝，余韵老长。😋👍

Just had a dram that hit me with foul sulphury notes at first, then mellowed into cured ham and a whiff of pipe tobacco. 😊 The palate went quite peppery, with touches of beef bouillon and a hint of Madeira‑like old white Bordeaux. A splash of water opened up marmalade, chocolate and a leathery finish that lingered long, like sucking bits of tobacco from an untipped cigarette. 🥃

There’s a long, lingering note of pipe tobacco and the smell of an old Pu‑erh tea steeped in a bit of soot, like sucking bits of untipped cigarette. A whisper of fermented plum sauce and peppery chutney slides in, followed by a savoury sherry‑like sting and a hint of Madeira‑style sweetness that reminds me of quince jelly on toast. 这威士忌喝起来相当有味道，感觉就像在吸着没过滤的香烟 🕯️，那种浓郁的尼古丁味儿直接命中我的味蕾。 有种印度风味的辣酱味道，带有一丝甜味，但整体还是偏干的 😊。 让我想起以前在祖父的旧皮革烟盒里找到的干梅酱，酸甜交替。 颜色是美丽的琥珀色，黏稠度刚好 👍。 口味上，有种类似生肉的味道，和一丝腌肉、干酪的味道混合在一起。 然后是雪利酒的那种鲜美、肉类的味道，让我想起了牛肉汤的浓郁感 😋。 质地有一点皮革般的厚重感，带有一丝胡椒的辛辣味儿。 抽着旧烟斗的感觉也有，带有一丝柏油路的感觉 😅。 这种酒喝起来真的很过瘾，有点老普洱茶的醇厚感，混合着柑橘酱的味道。 总体感觉还是有一定厚重感，但不失柔滑的一面 👍。

Crikey, this one's proper complex. Starts with this heavy, almost meaty thing — like someone reduced a beef bouillon and stirred in a bit of English brown sauce. There's a definite earthy, raw earth side, mixed with something like pipe tobacco or sucking on an old cigarette filter. Then it shifts. Quite peppery upfront, with a bit of a rubbery or tarry note that actually hangs around nicely. After a few sips, I’m getting these sweeter, jammy hints — maybe quince jelly or a tangy marmalade. Oh, and there’s this Old Pu-erh tea vibe mixed with coffee and dark chocolate that’s really moreish. The finish is super long, leathery, and very dry, almost like old sherried fruit but with a sooty edge. Blimey, there’s even a bit of cured ham and peppered chutney in there somewhere! Adds a few drops of water and it just opens up even more. 🤔
