有些老酒嘛，就是带着岁月的痕迹。这杯闻起来有种淡淡的杏仁糖味道，还让我想起软面包。 喝起来有点像汤里那种鲜鲜的咸味？ 🤔 但说不太准，层次有点散开了，后头变得干。 不过它还是活着的，有种草本和花的清香，让我想到百里香和酸橙花。大概这种老酒是有点脆了吧，但还是有意思的。 确实很难形容…不过有时候，老酒就是这样吧。

一开始确实有些吸引人的地方，面包的柔软感混着一点油灰似的质地——嗯，有时陈年久了会这样。现在有点走下坡路了，结构变得松散干涩，但你还觉得它‘活着’？也不全是。 老木头开始带点薄荷的凉意，偶尔飘过一丝极淡的椰子酒香气…还有百里香与椴树花的味道，挺有意思的。不过整体感觉可能有点脆了，嗯…那种金色光泽，啊，你知道的，复杂又带点肉汤般的咸鲜感。🍵 还算有趣吧，你懂的。

The nose starts with these old woods turning minty, like mentholated apples maybe? It’s still alive somehow, though. 🤔 First sip has these appealing elements up front – soft, bready, a bit of marzipan. Then there’s this weirdly nice bouillony saltiness, very old Bunnahabhain kinda vibe, but not really… it’s still “interesting”. Gets disjointed and dry later on, a tired old woody malt thing. Hard to say if it’s declining now or just fragile. Sometimes comes with old age, I suppose. Touches of putty, lime blossom, and very tiny coconut wine flash by. Gold colour though. 👍

Nose is immediately that tired old woody malt character... kinda dusty but, you know, still alive somehow. There's a weird gold-ish colour in the glass, quite pretty actually 🥃 First sip — ah, there's this bouillony saltiness I wasn't expecting. Very savoury. Then it gets disjointed and dry towards the back palate, which... hard to say if I mind or not. Soft breads come through, maybe a bit of marzipan. Apples too, but not fresh ones — more like ones that've been sitting in the fruit bowl a bit too long. Little touches of thyme and lime blossom if you really look for it. Very tiny hints of something like coconut wine, oddly enough. Putty notes? Yeah, honestly not really my favourite thing but it's there. Probably a little fragile this one. Old woods becoming mentholy on the finish. You can tell it's declining now, sometimes comes with old age I suppose. Still 'interesting' though — there are appealing elements at first that keep you coming back for another sip, even if it doesn't all quite hold together anymore. Not sure I'd rush back to it, but I don't regret the pour either 🤷‍♂️

Quite cosy, this one 🥃 I get a bit of toasted oak, soft vanilla, and a wee hint of dried fruit. Feels warm and mellow, with a gentle spice hanging about at the end. Nice for a quiet evening, honestly.
