嘿，今天开了这瓶，颜色像晒干的稻草，很浅。闻起来有点像烤苹果馅饼，tarte tatin那种，混着橙皮和蜂蜜的甜。仔细闻还有点坚果皮的苦味，像核桃仁没处理好。 尝一口，首先感觉到是轻盈的果味，比闻起来更明显，有点像苹果泥加了点橙汁。然后那股坚果苦味又回来了，但被一丝咸味和淡淡的泥煤味压住了，不是强烈的烟熏，更像是雨后土地的味道。后段有点木头的涩感，像是年轻的橡木，还有点杏仁奶的感觉。 整体挺柔和的，不算浓郁，有点内敛，像藏在青草和绿茶香后面。收尾是淡淡的皮革和一丝雪莉桶的甜香。挺易饮的，就是有点害羞，风味都轻轻的。😌

有点中等的酒体，挺顺的但没啥太大记忆点。 闻起来有苹果泥和压榨橙皮的味道，夹着一点点干草和青草气息。 喝到嘴里像咬了颗没熟透的苦杏仁，回味带点咸，还飘着些纸张和青橡木的感觉。 整体果味不算奔放，有点害羞的果甜。 尾韵里能尝到一点点油脂感，让我想起以前喝过那种圆润陈年的老酒，但这次没那么惊艳。 属于平时随便喝喝还行的类型 🍊

初闻有点蜂蜜甜，随后是晒过的干草和微微的青草味🌿 入口轻盈，像咬了口还没完全熟的苹果，混着点坚果皮的苦涩。雪莉桶的果脯甜感慢慢浮出来，但又被一些矿物感和淡淡的皮革味压住了。 收尾时橡木的肉桂香出来了，整体不算强劲… 有点像初夏果园里没摘完的青苹果？

Tried a whisky last night – not greatly great, but decent. The nose was shy with green tea and honey, a bit grassier than expected. On the sip, it felt light and slightly salty, with mineral notes and squeezed oranges citrus. Medium-bodied, it reminded me of tarte tatin. Overall round and luscious, though a hint of papers in the finish. 🥃

Just had a dram after work – started off pretty light, with this earthy peat and mineral sort of vibe, almost like green tea but with a bitter walnuts edge. It opened up to be round and luscious, fruitier than I expected, notes of apple compote and squeezed oranges coming through. Not greatly great, but there's honey and a leathery quality, slightly salty too. Nutmeg from the oak added a nice spice, and I kept getting grassy notes that turned grassier as it sat. The refill gave it a lighter touch, medium body, with a sherriness that reminded me of tarte tatin – oh, and a bit of bitter almonds and some greenness in there. Overall, decent for a chill evening. 🥃
