刚倒出来闻着是 smoky limoncello 那种感觉，有点酸酸的柠檬皮味混着烟熏，底下还有一丝 turmeric 的暖香。 喝起来居然有点 oystery 的咸鲜，像在海边散步闻到风里的 brine 味，混着 beach sand 的那种干燥感。 后面慢慢透出 fruitier 的甜，还有 white wine 般的轻盈酸度，creamier 的质地却一点也不厚重。 回味很长，带着 bitter zests 的微苦和 raw wool 的毛绒感，但 overall 很 clean。 明明感觉挺 young 的，又有种奇怪的成熟感… great sherry cask 的功劳吧？😄 像在阳光很好的海边小酒馆随手喝到的一杯，挺 excellent 的。

Right, so this one's got this really smoky thing going on, but like, minimal? Not in your face at all. Reminds me of an ashtray somehow, in a good way 😅 There's this lovely blade of lemon cutting through, almost like a really good petit Chablis from a cool vintage. Chalky, like crushed chalk on wet magazines. Proper clean finish. Oysters would go brilliantly with this. The pink pepper note sneaks up on you and there's something woolly about it too. A wee tad sweeter than I expected. Ultra-clean, ueber-blade-y... doesn't forgive though. Long finish that just hangs around. You can tell it's utter, unquestionably high quality - got that Bauhaus style simplicity to it, if that makes sense. Just done right, you know? 🥃

Just had a pour of this one. First thing I get is a real blast of cool stuff—tea tree oil, wintergreen, almost like a medicated chest rub. 🤒 Then the peat kicks in, not just smoke but proper coastal brine and oyster shells. You can taste the shoreline, like seaweed and salt on the air. 🌊 Underneath all that, there's a surprising sweetness, like salted honey and a bit of limoncello citrus. It gets rounder as you go. The finish is long, a bit tarry, and ends with this warm, umami aftertaste... like hot chips with malt vinegar. Really complex but kinda eminently pleasurable juice, if that makes sense. Cheers!

First sip hits with a punch of pink pepper and that unmistakable young peat kick. There’s a wee bit of sweetness but it’s tart enough to keep things interesting—almost like a kipper paired with a sharp, lovely blade. The finish is long and clean, pure like the best cool-vintage Chablis, but with a smoky edge that lingers. Quite the dram! 👍🔥

Warm and a bit cosy 🥃 I get soft smoke, dried fruit, a touch of honey, and some oak spice. Feels smooth-ish, with a wee peppery kick at the end. Nice for a slow evening.
