Blimey, this is a right proper lovable light Speysider innit? 🥃 First whiff’s banana skin and waxed papers, super quirky. Then you take a sip – bam, greengages, limes, grapefruits all proper greatly sour, plus that lovely touch of chalk, salty little kick too. There’s crisp apples, oaky side peeking through, vegetal notes like fresh cut grass, even a hint of liquorice right at the back. The strength is perfect, so potent but never burns, and the finish’s long, proper tense and a touch bitter with that warm humussy aftertaste. Totes better than plain artisan cider, proper characterful Speysiders do not mess about eh? 😂

Gotta say, this one's really got some personality. First thing I get is these green apples and proper artisan cider vibes, not the sweet stuff — think scrumpy from a farm shop, a bit rough around the edges in a good way. Then there's this grassy, straw-like thing going on with some liquorice underneath. Quite earthy, almost humussy? Like freshly turned soil after rain 🌧️ The oak's interesting — mentholly, a bit cooling, not your usual vanilla-and-spice Speyside thing at all. And honestly the strength is spot on, wouldn't change it. Get some banana peel and citrus too — grapefruit and lime, that kind of tartness. It's properly sour and bitter, no sweetness hiding anywhere. Without sugar, yeah, absolutely none. Really one of the most characterful Speysiders I've tried in a while. Definitely not a lightweight dram 🥃

第一口下去，就晓得这支帝国可不是什么“轻盈”的斯佩赛，劲儿挺大。闻着是清新的薄荷和橡木，混着葡萄柚皮和苹果的酸甜气。 喝起来，哇，草皮和根茎的味道一下子出来了，后面跟着香蕉皮和一点蜡质感。真的很酸，也很苦，但就是这种性格让我觉得可爱。完全没有糖，很干净。 能尝到点粉笔和咸味，还有松脂和湿木头的感觉，层次很足。整体紧张又有力，是我记得的味道。 嗯，余味真的好长，一直留在嘴里。这酒精度数刚刚好，能把所有风味都撑起来，又不会太冲。太喜欢了！👍

Blimey, this whisky's got a right smoky punch, like a campfire on a chilly night. 🌲🔥 But then it mellows out with some sweet fruitiness – think ripe apples or maybe berries? 🍎 Smooth as you like, with a touch of honey and a bit of vanilla creeping in. 🍯 The finish lingers, warm and cozy. Reckon it's a proper tipple for a quiet evening.
