Just cracked open a long, white‑beer‑style IPA and I’m absolutely smitten. It hits you with practically pure mandarin juice – the kind of citrus that makes you think of a fresh mandarin liqueur and a dash of honey swirling together. There’s a hint of candied fruits and nougat, a little cassata‑like creaminess, and even a whiff of vineyard peach that feels bonkers in the best way. The hop character is heavily mandarin‑forward, yet it stays fresh and not outrageously complex, so it’s a pleasant change from the usual malt‑heavy stuff. Sipping it through a straw, I can almost smell the stunning aromatic purity of a Corsican orchard – all on citrus, with a tease of honey and a whisper of strawberry. Definitely a fruity beer worth a repeat. 🍊😊
