Had a dram that reminded me of a dash of honey mixed with nougat, a touch of vineyard peach peeking through. The aroma was stunningly pure, all on citrus, like mandarin reigns supreme – practically pure mandarin juice with a hint of cassata. It felt fresh, not outrageously complex, a pleasant change from the usual. Think white beer meets fruity beer, maybe an IPA with a heavily mandarin‑forward hop, straw‑coloured and light. Smitten by the honeyed finish. 🍊
