Poured a dram of this pale gold beauty tonight. Blimey, it's a proper maelstrom of flavours but absolutely wonderful. At first, it’s like stepping into an old garage—grease, old tools, shoe polish, and a sniff of bandages and antiseptic. Sounds mad, but then it opens up into this gorgeous, creamy texture with olive oil and black truffle. There's a lighter and more lively side too, lots of lemons, fresh dill, and a bit of fennel. The complex mineral side is like wet limestone after rain, with just a hint of old coal stove in the background. It's got this lovely unpushiness to it. Utterly and totally perfect. Perfection made whisky, really. 🥃
