First sip gives a warm amber glow, like old sherry casks meeting a whisper of leather and hay. I pick up Corinthian raisins, a touch of liquorice and bitter orange, with a faint sulphur note that mellows after a splash of water. There’s a farmyard earthiness, a hint of mud and rubbery touches, then a long finish of tannic ginger and old Armagnac depth. Feels a bit aggressive at first, but with tonic water it softens into a smooth, almost cigar‑like smoke. 🥃

深琥珀色看着挺诱人。 哇，这个有点猛啊。第一口那个aggressive的感觉直冲上来，苦橙子和陈年Cointreau的味道混在一起，还有点橡皮擦的触感…😅 能尝到Corinthian黑葡萄干的甜，ham的烟熏，加上oloroso雪莉的影子。 不过尾段那个化学感，像tonic water和奎宁的苦，久久不散。后面还有雪茄灰和旧皮革的联想。 得加点水…💧 加了之后好一些，但那个bitter和rubbery的触感还是顽固。 最后嘴里留下的，是农场干草、硫磺，还有点老款农业朗姆酒的影子？单宁感挺强，甘草和烟草味收尾。真是一杯复杂的酒。
