Hada dram that hit me with bitter orange zest and a whiff of sulphur, like a faint farmyard note, then some leather and Corinthian raisins sweetness. A touch of ginger spice lingers, finishes long and slightly tannic, definitely needs water to open up. 🍊

Blimey, that’s a proper old-school one. Starts with a whiff of wet hay and mud, then bam—tannic grip like a strong cup of tea. There’s a flash of bitter orange and that old Cointreau sweetness, but it’s quickly swallowed by sulphur and a hint of rhum agricole funk. Lingers with tobacco and cigar ash, a touch of liquorice and Corinthian raisins. Bit chemical at the end, but in a weirdly nostalgic way. Like sipping something your grandad kept in the shed for decades. 🥃

刚喝一口，这威士忌有点tonic water和cinchona的苦，像bitter oranges那样冲劲十足，挺aggressive的。让我联想到orange liqueurs，tannic感明显，有点老Armagnac的架势。回味里bitter和liquorice味重，还带点cigars的烟熏感。 加水试试，哦needs water确实，好多了，strawberry jam的甜味出来了，带点rubbery touches。整体是moderately sherried，有Corinthian raisins和hay的香气，farmyard的感觉，还有rhum agricole的影子。leather和oloroso的层次挺复杂，最后有点old Cointreau和mud的联想，ginger的暖意在嘴里转。化学回味有点，但还能接受。😊

Oh, this one's proper lovely! 🥃 Got that nice weight in the glass, ye know? Like, it coats the sides all proper. Smell's bangin' – think... fresh baked bread crust 🍞, maybe some stewed pear? Aye, and a whiff of old leather, but not in a bad way! Cozy-like. First sip... ooft! Got a right chewy mouthfeel. Flavours of dark honey, toasted nuts, and a whisper of smoke 🔥 that's more like a distant bonfire on a crisp night than anythin' aggressive. It lingers, too. Long finish with a bit of Christmas spice and... is that baked apple? Grand. Ah, lovely stuff. Deffintly get a real whiff of smoky bonfire first off, 🔥. Then comes this sweet, like, toffee apple kind of thing. Realy warming goin' down, a proper winter warmer. Hints of somethin' fruity? Like dried apricots. Gets a bit spicier as it sits, black pepper maybe. Deffintly a sipper, not a guzzle. 🥃
