今天开了瓶新威士忌，倒进杯里先闻到的是那种很雅致的风干花香，混着一点点海风的咸味，像是站在安静的海边码头。 喝第一口的时候，烟熏味是慢慢散开的，很轻很柔和，不会呛人。接着嘴里就有种清脆的口感，有点像嚼到葡萄柚皮的那层白色部分，微苦但很提神。 整体感觉特别干净，酸度也恰到好处，带着柠檬皮和一点柑橘的清新。虽然喝起来有点干干的、微微的涩感，但底下又藏着一股柔软，平衡得真好。 回味很长，喉咙里留着淡淡的烟和一丝丝海藻的气息，偶尔还能捕捉到一点佛手柑的香… 说实话，喝到最后总觉得还有点什么特别的层次，说不太清楚，但就是让人忍不住想再来一口。😌

It's like standing on a quiet pebbly beach, you know? First whiff is all these minerals and a really clean seaside air with some dried lavender tucked in there. There's this beautiful, soft fruitiness - grapefruit and lemony notes - but then you get a gentle wave of seaweed and maybe a touch of that Earl Grey tea vibe. It's bright and citric up front, but then it dries out elegantly with hints of dried flowers and a touch of hessian. Really precise and fragrant. The mouthfeel is so soft and pure, almost like a delicate white wine. That grapefruit pith comes through more, with a gentle drying quality. And there's something 'extra'... a little citric spark that makes it interesting. Adding a few drops of water really works wonders. It opens up comfortably, pushing the beautiful fruitiness and the seashore notes forward even more. Really elegant stuff, all the way through to the long, slightly saline finish that reminds you of seawater. So much pleasure in here... I'm teetering between 88-89 for sure. ✨

刚打开杯子，一股很明显的海风咸鲜味就飘出来了，真的有海边那种 briny goodness 的感觉，还夹杂着晒干的 seaweed 和 beach sand 的气息。🌊 抿一小口，哇，citric 的冲击力很强，超级 bright 的 lemony 和 grapefruit，但又有点像 white wine 那种 delicate green acidity。慢慢化开后，居然有 surprising fruitiness，有点像 bergamot，甚至联想到 Earl Grey tea 里的那种柔和果香。 最妙的是，它有一种 fragile minerality，好像 chalk 和 beach pebbles 融合在一起，整体非常 elegant 和 chiselled。后段带出一点 dried flowers 和 gorse flower 的香气，最后留下软软的烟熏回味，有点像 brittle smoke 混着 smoked teas。 真的有 a lot of pleasure here，喝到最后嘴里还留着 lemon peel 和 grapefruit pith 的清新感，整体非常 soft 又 superbly sharp。那一丝 hessian 的触感和 bath salts 的微咸，让整个体验更丰富了。🏖️ 总之就是很 delicate，很 pristine，喝完心情都变好了~

There's a definite Earl Grey tea thing going on, and the lemon peel is super zesty. 🌊 It's quite bold neat, a bit like a precise mineral water. Then, a tiny drop of water? Oh, that really opens it up. It becomes softer, more elegant, and lets these lovely citric, almost grapefruit notes and a hint of seaweed come through. The finish is drying and clean, leaving a gentle, fragrant smoke and a surprising fruitiness behind. It's complex but feels very focused, you know? A real seaside dram. 🍋

Right, so this one’s pure sunshine in a glass. 🍋 Smells properly lemony first off – bright, citric, almost like walking past a gorse bush by the seashore. There’s a soft floral thing too, dried lavender maybe, and just a touch of hessian, like old sacks in a beach hut. With a splash of water it completely opens up, brings out this lovely Earl Grey tea note, bergamot and all, with a wisp of brittle, raw smoke unfurling in the background. The fruitiness is surprising – grapefruit pith, citrons, a hint of something almost sweet but then that drying, chiselled mineral edge pulls it right back. Beach pebbles and seaweed, really. Full strength but never clumsy, has that perfect purity and precision balance you hardly ever find. The finish is long and superbly sharp, teetering just on the right side of clean. A lot of pleasure here, dangerously drinkable.
