Right, had a dram of this one last night and honestly, it's proper lovely. The sherry isn't too big which I actually prefer - keeps things balanced. There's this beautiful golden colour in the glass and the nose gives you lovely green apples and a bit of lemony freshness. Getting some walnuts too, which is nice. First sip and it's just so drinkable honestly. Fresh butter, a bit of brine, and this gentle earthy quality underneath. The peat is very elegant, not overwhelming at all - more like a coastal breeze than a bonfire 🌊. There's definitely some pine resin or sap sort of thing going on which I wasn't expecting. Nice oyster juice salinity, the greenness is really beautiful through the middle. That touch of gentian bitterness keeps it interesting. Finish is medium long, still zesty and perfectly coastal. All in all, it's just... perfect balance really. Pure and clean, reminds me of walking along the Scottish coast on a crisp morning ☀️ Already want another one tbh.

倒出来是挺漂亮的金色，闻着有香草和一点点黄油的感觉。 喝起来好清新，带点柠檬和酸橙的活泼，泥煤味像海风里夹着的那丝烟熏，不冲鼻反而很舒服。 底下还有一层淡淡的牡蛎和海水的咸鲜，混着坚果和一丝孜然？挺有意思的，但不会太突出。 雪莉的甜味来得刚好，没盖住其他风味，反而让整体更圆润了。 收尾挺长的，嘴里还留着柠檬和一点点香料的气息。 哎呀，怎么就空杯了…

Pours a lovely gold colour in the glass, smells inviting right away. There's this just the right amount of sweetness from the sherry in the first sip, mixed with a beautiful greenness and fresh butter. I'm getting walnuts and a hint of cloves, then it turns more lemony and zesty – like fresh oyster juice with a squeeze of limejuice. The peat is very elegant, more fresh and zesty peat than smoky, with a nice mineral note underneath. Goes down clean and so drinkable, the finish is medium long with that lemon still there in the aftertaste and a touch of vanilla. A perfect balance overall – rich yet zesty, and the sherry isn't too big. Really perfect, honestly. 😊
