刚倒进杯子就闻到好香啊，清清爽爽的，像海边清晨的空气🌊 第一口下去，有种甜甜的感觉，但一点都不腻，反而很干净。隐约有点柠檬和酸橙的清香，舌头好像被海风轻轻扫过，带点矿物和牡蛎汁的鲜味。 细细品的时候，好像尝到了一点丁香和小茴香的温暖，还有新鲜黄油般的顺滑感。草木泥煤的香气很优雅，不冲鼻，反而和大海的咸鲜融合得刚刚好，平衡得简直完美👍 回味的时候，柠檬的 zest 还在嘴里打转，一丝松脂的清新若隐若现。喝完杯底留着纯净的香草味，整体特别有海边的感觉，鲜爽又柔和… 真的很容易一杯接一杯，停不下来啊😄

嘿，今天这杯真的有点东西。倒出来就闻到很清新的苹果香，带点优雅的泥煤，一点都不冲。雪莉的甜味很克制，刚好平衡了海风般的咸味和一丝若隐若现的孜然香料感。 喝起来特别顺滑，是那种rich yet zesty的感觉。有坚果香，像核桃，还有点青草般的绿意。最妙的是，咽下去后嘴里还留着柠檬的清新和一点生蚝汁般的鲜味，整体很pure，很fresh。 甜度比平时喝到的稍微明显一点，但完全不会觉得flat，反而更complex。真的太drinkable了，停不下来。这种平衡感，简直是完美。🥃

First sip and it's immediately clean and pure, with vanilla and fresh butter warming things up. The balance is perfect – really perfect, in fact. Citrus notes from lime juice and lemon zest through, still zesty in the aftertaste. There's this nutty vibe from walnuts, and a hint of cumin that's intriguing. The peat is very elegant, not harsh at all, with a beautiful greenness like fresh grass. Coastal touches of brine and oyster juice give it a sea-air feel. Apples add sweetness, and pine resin or sap brings an earthy richness. Cloves spice it up just right. All perfect for a relaxed evening – so drinkable! 🥃

Oh this is lovely - so much going on but it all hangs together beautifuly. First hit is this clean, fresh greenness, like walking through damp grass by the coast 🌊 Then the peat comes in, really elegant, not punchy at all. Still feels zesty and coastal, a bit like oyster juice and wet rocks. There's a lovely richness here though - fresh butter, a touch of vanilla, maybe some walnuts in the background. Yet it stays so fresh and lemony. Really perfect balance. The sweetness is there, just the right amount from the sherry I reckon, but it doesn't make it flatter at all. Medium long finish - the lemon sticks around, there's a mineral thing happening, and just a whisper of cloves. Incredibly drinkable, pure, and everything just feels in the right place. 👌

Warm and easy-going, with a bit of honey, soft oak and dried fruit. Bit of spice on the tongue, then a cosy smoky edge 🥃 Feels like a quiet evening dram, pretty comforting tbh.
