Just poured a dram, got that amber glow, a touch of ginger and raisins swirling in, hints of greener coffee and leather polish on the nose. Sip feels much rounder, a bit sweeter with orange zest and a whisper of triple‑sec, finishes medium with a slight bitterish grittiness like used matches and brake pads, finishes off with a fruitier note and a dash of cinnamon rolls. 🥃

Nose is a bit earthy, like wet leaves and a hint of ham, with some bitter orange peel and wood smoke. But the palate? Wow, way better. Sweet and fruity upfront—think Seville oranges and raisins, like someone spilled candyfloss in a bakery. There's this smooth, rounded richness, almost creamy, with roasted chestnuts and cinnamon rolls dancing around. A touch of ginger spice lingers, not too sharp, just enough to wake you up. Triple-sec vibes in there too, citrusy but not overpowering. The finish is medium, maybe a bit raw like unripe coffee beans, but it fades nicely with a sweet, smoky trail. Definitely a dram that grows on you the more you sip. 🍊🔥

Ah, this one’s a treat—sweeter than the nose lets on, like cinnamon rolls fresh out the oven 🍯 Bit of a raw edge now and then, but then comes the amber warmth, roasted chestnuts and raisins dancing about. Round as you like, with a whisper of leather polish and bitter oranges. Zesty orange peel lingers, touch of ginger too. Fine, fine, fine.

Ooooh, this one’s a proper little charmer, isn’t it? 🔥 First sniff’s all smoky chestnuts and that polished leather—like someone’s granddad’s old armchair in a hunting lodge. Then it mellows into ginger and cinnamon rolls, proper cosy vibes, like Christmas in a glass but without the tinsel chaos. Palate’s where it really sings—raisins and orange zests dancing about, just a whisper of ham to keep things interesting. Finish lingers nicely, medium and smooth, like a good chat that doesn’t overstay its welcome. Fine, fine, fine stuff. Just the ticket for a chilly evening.
