Ah, that’s proper Speyside—sweet malt upfront, like straw and vanilla, then a little waxy note. Fruity too, orchard stuff, maybe a touch of crystallised orange. Bit of hop in the background, and a hint of mint at the end. Lovely medium body, just right. 🥃

Nose is immediately those lovely crystallised oranges and a bit of preserved peaches. 🍊 Getting a real fruit syrup vibe, super sweet and easy. Then there’s this sort of waxy, solid texture – very medium in body. A little touch of mint pops up, which is nice. Notes of hop come through, reminding me a bit of a good IPA. So much orchard and white fruits, almost like a fruit syrup over white chocolate. Hints of malt and straw from that ex-refill Glenfarclas cask. Fruity, simple, and just really pleasant to sip. 😊

今晚开的这瓶，一倒进杯里就闻到很传统的斯佩塞那种甜香 😊 先是一下子扑过来的蜜渍橙皮和熟透的桃子味，特别像夏天傍晚走进果园的感觉。中间能抓到一点干草堆和香草冰淇淋的气息，挺温暖的。 喝起来很顺，没什么压力感，麦芽的底子一直稳稳托着。最后收尾时居然有一丝清凉的薄荷，和一点点啤酒花那种微苦的回味，意外地协调。✨ 就是那种，周末晚上自己喝一杯，看会儿书刚刚好的酒。
