刚嘬了一口，先是混着希腊酸奶加香草奶油的柔感，还有点发酵李子的小酸头🥴 接着就出麦片、鲜苹果汁混白葡萄酒的清香气，尾段带着点酸面种酵头的香气，长度中等，舒服得很，还想续杯嘿嘿

这口酒刚到舌尖，就有股梨汁的清甜扑面而来，像是被春天的果园给拥抱了似的。跟着来一丝发酵李子的酸涩，让人想起自家厨房里发霉的面包头——还挺有意思的。中间还夹着点石膏的干涩，像是刚拆了包装盒的新书页边角。 然后呢，那股蜂蜜般的麦芽香就上头了，软软的像是泡在牛奶里的麦片，又有点像希腊酸奶里加了香草奶油的那种绵滑。最后拖着一缕石油味儿，像是煤油灯刚熄了似的，有点出其不意，但也不讨厌。 整体喝起来像是周末早上在乡下小镇的面包店里，一边嚼着自制麦饼，一边翻着旧书，阳光从窗户斜射进来的那种惬意。 🍯

Sweet pear juice and a hint of mirabelle juice mix in, blending into creamy vanilla cream and Greek yoghurt. It's soft on the palate, finish's medium in length, leaving a plaster note and that sense of nature lingering close. Almost like Greek yoghurt and vanilla custard – so comforting. 😊

Right, this one's got that real yeasty smell at first, like when you're feeding a sourdough starter. Then it opens up into something softer, almost like vanilla cream stirred into Greek yoghurt, but with a bit of that tart mirabelle juice thing. You get this lovely cereal note, sort of muesli with the dried fruits and all, then... you know what, it's almost like the soft part of an apple juice, but with this weird, clean plaster dust note in the background? Not unpleasant, just interesting. Like smelling wet stone after rain, that spent flint sort of vibe. The finish goes all fermenting plums and white wine, a bit sour and fruity.
