🥃 Just had a glass and the first hit is that raw liquid chocolate bitter, with a whiff of fresh parsley and green grasses straight off the bat. Then you get that earthy leaves background, little nutty walnut notes, even that faint pebbly mineral dry tang half way through. Nearly joked I’d need a glass of water to chase it at one point, kept asking for water cause it was so dry it made my mouth feel like dry rocks 😂 Mustard’s there too if you pay attention, super subtle. The finish is long and superbly dry, no sweetness at all till the very very end of the aftertaste where there’s a tiny little sweet pop, reminds me of eating sushi with a dab of wasabi. Like this style very much, excellent too honestly.
