Soft and cosy, like muesli with vanilla cream 🥣 Bit of pear and apple juice, some white wine freshness, then a wee tang of yoghurt and sourdough. There’s a chalky, flinty edge too, but it stays gentle. Feels very barley-led, creamy, slightly fruity, and nicely old-school. Quite moreish tbh.

Right then, had a wee dram of this one last night and jotted down me thoughts. Nose is proper earthy, like damp soil after rain 🌧️ but then there’s a sweet hit of honey and orchard fruits—think baked appels 🍎 with a dusting of cinnamon. Let it sit for a sec and a gentle wisp of peat smoke starts creepin in, more like a bonfire on the beach rather than a full-on medicinal whack. On the palate its surprisingly silky. First thing I get is toffee and a bit of milk chocolate 🍫, then the spice rack wakes up—nutmeg, maybe some black pepper. There's a citrusy zing too, kinda marmaladey 🍊, which cuts through the rich bits nicely. The smokiness is there all the way through but it’s more of a smouldering heather fire than anything ashy. A wee touch of sea salt appears right at the end, makes your mouth water. Finish is medium long, drying gently with a warm, spicy oak 🌳 and a whisp of dried fruits—raisins and a hint of apricot. The peat lingers like a cosy blanket, not overpowering. Definately a sit-by-the-fire sorta pour. Would happily have another. Slàinte! 🥃

Just had a sip - lovely warmth right off the bat. 🔥 Hints of vanilla and toffee, maybe some dried fruit? Slight smoky finish, not too harsh. Really smooth. A proper treat for a chilly evening. 🥃

Oh, this one's got a right lovely smoky kick 🍂, sort of peaty and earthy, with a bit of fruity sweetness 🍎. Feels proper warming and comforting, like a hug in a glass 😊. Goes down smooth with a hint of oak and vanilla. Pure bliss on a dreich Scottish night! 🥃 Sometimes I get a wee bit of spice too, but it's all balancd nicely. Makes me want to sit by the fire and relax. Top stuff! 😄

Oh crikey, this one's a bit of a puzzle to unpack! 🤔 Getting a right nice floral whiff first off... smells like a garden after rain, that does. 🌸 Then there's this warm, honeyed thing going on, a bit like butterscotch. Real comforting. A proper hint of smoke curls in at the end, not overpowering, mind you. Just a gentle touch. And is that... a bit of fruit? Maybe some baked apple? Nice. The finish is long and spicy, a proper warming hug in a glass. 🔥 Aye, I reckon that'll do me nicely for an evening. 👍
