刚开瓶抿了一口，真够劲儿 🤯 酒桶给的节奏感特别稳，先出manzanilla的咸鲜，接着混着新轮胎、新胶鞋的橡胶味，还有青核桃的涩气，居然还飘了点刚削的苹果皮的清香味？ 后段更绝，直接冒出来液体穆萨卡的浓郁，带着茄子和芜菁的熟甜，还有芥末的轻微冲感，盐渍酸模的酸护着尾韵拉得特别长，最后留了点旧皮革、墨水、熟核桃和旧铁锈工具的味儿，整得像刚拆了新音响听杂音似的， weird but fun 啊这瓶哈哈。

Just poured myself a dram and the nose hit me with green walnuts and a faint whiff of manzanilla – feels a bit like a garden after rain. On the palate there’s that salty bite, like a pinch of sea‑spray on new tyres, and a weird, almost dissonant twist of turnip and eggplant that makes you think of a kitchen experiment gone mad. The cask is giving the tempo, a gentle leather hum under everything, while bits of rusted tools and a hint of ink linger at the back. It’s definitely challenging, a bit like trying out a new stereo set while wearing fresh wellies, but oddly satisfying – like sipping liquid moussaka with a splash of crazy. 🍂🥃

This dram’s a right head-scratcher – like someone tossed a rusty spanner into a fruit bowl and left it in a cask for a decade. First sip hits with this weird combo of new tyres and green walnuts, all tart and rubbery, then suddenly I’m getting eggplants and rhubarb stewed in mustard gas. Crazy. The cask’s definitely calling the shots here, giving it a tempo like a manzanilla-soaked drum solo. Mid-palate turns into apple peel and turnip mash, salty as a sailor’s sock, with a leather-and-ink finish that lingers like a dodgy Facebook ad. Funny whisky, this one – challenging, but in a way that makes you grin. Like drinking liquid moussaka while wearing new wellies. Dissonant, sure, but brilliantly mad.

first sip hits like green walnuts and apple peeling, sharp and a bit weird – reminds me of them dodgy face masks I bought off some random Facebook seller last month 😅 then there’s this turnip and eggplant thing going on, kinda earthy but not in a bad way. salt and leather roll in next, proper cosy, like new wellies fresh out the box. cask is giving the tempo here, deep and steady, bit like when you finally get that new stereo set sorted and everything’s just right. sorrel and rhubarb pop up, tart and green, almost challenging but in a good way? walnuts and gold linger, rich but not heavy. ink and rusty tools sneak in somewhere – weirdly metallic but it works? mustard and liquid moussaka? dunno how that makes sense but it does, layered and a bit mad. new tyres vibe? maybe that rubbery hint. long finish tho, keeps shifting, dissonant even, like a funny whisky that can’t decide if it’s sweet or sour. proper mental, but I’m into it 😏

Blimey, this one’s a proper oddball. First hit’s like licking a rusty spanner, then bam—salted walnuts and a whiff of new wellies. There’s this green, almost sour tang, like sorrel or aubergine skins. Then it goes all golden and leathery, but the cask’s still banging away in the background like a drum solo. Long finish, bit funny, bit challenging. Not sure if I’d buy a bottle, but it’s a laugh. 😅
