Blimey, this one’s a wild ride. First sip is like cracking open a toolbox left out in the rain—rusty tools and a bit of that salty sea air from a Manzanilla barrel. There’s a real metallic tang, almost like new stereo set wiring, that’s a bit challenging at first. Then it shifts. Suddenly I’m thinking of fresh new wellies and that smell of new tyres on tarmac—rubbery and sharp. There’s a sour green note too, like sorrel or even rhubarb, with a dusting of green walnuts. It’s dissonant, but in a fun way. 😅 The finish goes on forever. Long, golden, with this lingering savoury note—maybe a hint of leather and that odd Facebook face masks smell (you know the one, kind of chemical and chalky). Golly, this is a crazy whisky.

老实说，第一口就有点懵。这… 怎么有点新雨靴的橡胶味？还有股淡淡的墨水感和盐味。 过一会儿好像有点坚果味出来了，像胡桃？但底下一直有股说不清的蔬菜感，让我想起茄子和一点点芥末。回味是真长，带点干苹果皮的酸涩。 听说这酒用的桶在“带节奏”？😂 反正整体感觉挺 challenging 的，像喝了一杯… 嗯… 液态穆萨卡？还有点 manzanilla 那种酒的咸鲜。 怪怪的，但你别说，后劲里居然有股 sorrel（酸模）的清新。算是记住了，下次得再试试看。🤷‍♂️
