Just had a glass of this last night, what a lovely little beast 🥃 Way more multidimensional profile than your usual bourbon, almost a Scottish bourbon but still has that good amount of malt you’d expect, very fresh too. All sorts of citrus jump out first – beautiful citrus notes, all on oranges and ginger, even a lemony zing, then you get toffee, vanilla, lovely coffee notes round the edges. That faint touch of coconut milk is weird but so nice, not overpowering at all. Thicker than standard bourbon, less sweet, has a light varnish to the finish and even little whiffs of mosses and ferns like you’re in a Highland glen. A few aromatic herbs pop up too, plus a hint of apple juice to cut through the richness. A bit hot on the first sip but so well-balanced, quite magnificent honestly, reminiscent of a good Scotch malt but still feels like bourbon at its core. Dark gold colour too, looks proper lush in the glass.

This one's a right mix of flavours – all sorts of citrus upfront, like a zesty lemon and orange combo, but there's a smooth vanilla sweetness underneath. Reminds me a bit of Scotch malt, but with a good amount of bourbon backbone. The texture is thicker, not too sweet, with hints of toffee and a faint touch of coconut milk that sneaks up on you. There's a lovely coffee note lingering, and the whole thing feels very fresh but a bit hot at first. It's well-balanced though, and the finish is long – more multidimensional than your usual bourbon, almost a Scottish bourbon. Notes of apple juice come through, along with mossy woods and ferns... weird but nice. A lovely little beast 🥃

Oof, this one’s a beast but in the best way—thick as treacle, coats the tongue like warm caramel 🍯. That toffee hit’s right there, but it’s not just sweet, there’s this lovely Scotch malt whisper behind it, like a peaty cousin trying to sneak in. A bit of a kick at first, almost like a cheeky little burn, but it settles quick into something proper smooth. Dark gold in the glass, proper autumnal vibes. You get this light varnish thing—almost like polished wood, but not in a bad way, more like a polished oak barrel. The finish lingers forever, long and complex, with just enough spice to keep you guessing. Almost like a bourbon that’s been on holiday in the Highlands—more multidimensional than your usual pour, and proper magnificent if you ask me.

Dark gold in the glass, a lovely little beast. You get this long, slightly hot wave first, then it opens up. Loads of toffee and fresh apple juice, like a proper malt with a good amount of body. Then there’s all sorts of citrus peels and a faint touch of coconut milk underneath – more complex than your usual bourbon, honestly. Almost a Scottish bourbon, if that makes sense, with lovely coffee notes and a light varnish that keeps it interesting. Less sweet, more multidimensional profile. Quite magnificent, really. 🥃

今天开瓶的时候，颜色是那种很漂亮的 dark gold 。 闻起来苹果汁的香气挺明显的，还有一点香草和太妃糖，底下藏著些 ferns 和苔藓的清新感。后调出来些柠檬和橙子皮，还有很淡的椰奶香。 一喝下去就感觉口感 thicker ，味道也 more multidimensional profile 。先是 all on oranges and ginger ，带著 lovely coffee notes 和 toffee 的甜，但 less sweet than usual 。中间有 varnish 那种小刺激，和 mosses and ferns 的微苦，平衡感真好，有点像几乎 a Scottish bourbon 的影子。 尾韵 long ，柑橘味和淡淡的 herbs 留在嘴里。虽然 A bit hot ，酒精感明显，但整体是个 a lovely little beast ，非常 powerful ，喝完很满足。
