First sip, hmm, that classic varnishes note hits but it's gone in a flash. Then a wave of sweetness rolls in - vanilla fudge and buttercream, like dessert 🍰. Gets me thinking of popcorn mixed with tinned pineapple juice, oddly moreish. Middle is very sweet, white chocolate and Starbuck's sweet stuff level. Not cloying though, more like ice cream and dried coconut. Oh, and jelly babies! A tad soapy at first but now just easy. 🍬 Finish lingers with liquorice allsorts and bonbons, a touch of corn syrup. Medium body, feels like cheesecake in a glass. Sweet and easy one for sure 😊.

Warm and cosy, with a bit of honey, soft oak, and a wee spicy kick. Feels smooth, slightly smoky, and quite comforting 🥃 A lovley dram for a slow evening.

Nose picks up vanilla straight away 🍦, bit of toffee and some nice oakiness. Getting some dried fruit too, maybe a touch of dark chocolate? Palate is lovely tbh - creamy mouthfeel, more of that caramel sweetness coming through. A bit of spice kicks in halfway, ginger maybe? Some apple and pear notes hiding underneath. Finish is medium-long, warming. The smoke is v subtle, not overpowering at all. Leaves you with a nice malty sweetness and just a hint of leather. Overall quite balanced init 👌 Very moreish, would def have another dram.

Ahh, this whisky's proper smooth, innit? 😊 Notes of fruity sweetness and a bit of spice, with a smoky finish that lingers. Quite luvley for a wee dram. 👍 Down easy, like a warm hug on a cold day. 🥃
