The nose was absolutely fabulous, this deep gold dram hits you with Virginia blond tobacco and a hint of turpentine upfront, which sounds weird but there's something intriguing about it. Vanilla comes through nicely, but then there's this UHU glue sort of thing lurking in the background, not sure if that's a good or bad thing. The palate starts lemony, quite zesty, but then shifts to a nicer lemony side with fresh raspberries and mint leaves - proper summery stuff. Though there's this weird plastic-like soapiness that's a bit off, and an acetic kick that feels a bit like old-style suntan lotion. It's got this delicacy to it, especially the raspberry notes, but the overall profile feels a bit un-BB&R if you catch my drift. The finish leaves a strange turpentine trail mixed with chamomile tea and hay, not your usual dram but not unpleasant either. Just quite long, and definitely something to ponder over.

Had a dram the other night that proper threw me 😅. The nose was all over the shop – think grated coconut and vanilla, but then this minty raspberry mix that reminded me of summer drinks with fresh mint leaves. Proper weird, like sniffing old suntan lotion mixed with hay and a hint of Virginia blond tobacco. First sip hit me with this sharp, acetic tang, almost like vinegar, but then it mellowed into something superb. Palate? Totally mad – there’s this weird plastic-like soapiness, but also a lovely lemony side that kept me going back. Midway through, got this UHU glue and turpentine kick that made me think of my granddad’s shed. Long finish, mind, with chamomile tea and coconut lingering. Not bad, but not sure I’d rush for another. Some drams just have you scratching your head 🥃

Oof, what a wild ride! 🎢 Nose first—proper gold glow, fresh raspberries with mint leaves dancing about, like a posh summer pudding. Then this weird plastic soapiness sneaks in, like UHU glue left in the sun. A bit of chamomile tea calmness too, but then—bam—acetone cheesiness hits like a dodgy fridge. Palate? Total chaos! 🤯 Fresh raspberries again, but then this un-BB&R madness—cigarette tobacco, turpentine whispers, grated coconut trying to be tropical but failing. A lemony side peeked through, nice touch, but then hay and that paraffin side ruined it. Finish was quite long, though, like a story that wouldn’t end. Still… nose was proper fabulous. Rest? A technical problem, mate.

Had a sip, and wow, the deep gold colour was lovely. The nose was fabulous – old-style suntan lotion popped up, then UHU glue and Virginia blond tobacco. Vanilla and chamomile tea too. 😊 On the palate, it was totally insane! Started with an acetone-y cheesiness, but a nicer lemony side came through. Paraffiny notes mixed with hay and fresh raspberries with fresh mint leaves. Acetic hints added zing. Hold on, there's a weird plastic-like soapiness that's interesting. Cigarette tobacco lingered in the quite long finish. This one's got some quirks, like a technical problem, but I'm digging it! 🤔

深金色的酒液看着就诱人。 鼻子简直绝了！先是扑面而来的新鲜树莓和薄荷叶，像夏日水果沙拉，接着居然闻到一点UHU胶水的味道，但完全不讨厌，反而有种奇妙的化学感。还有一丝洋甘菊茶和淡淡的香草，底下是石蜡和干草的气息，很复杂。 喝起来真的太疯狂了。开头是明亮的柠檬味，带点烤椰子的甜香，然后……哇哦，奇怪的点来了。有点像切碎的烟草，还有种类似塑料肥皂的怪味，但转瞬即逝。杯子里渐渐浮现出晒干的烟草叶和一点点油漆稀释剂的感觉，居然有点上头。 回味挺长。薄荷的清凉感最后又回来了，混着柑橘皮和一丝若有若无的奶酪感？整体感觉很精细，又带着点粗犷的野性，真是个迷人的小淘气。😎
