Blimey, this dram’s a proper lively number – hits you straight away with this cracking saline kick, like a seaside breeze mixed with sharp lemon juice and a dash of clay. There’s a real mustard heat underneath, but it’s balanced by something earthy and mineral, almost like basalt and wet limestone after a rain shower. The distillate shines through clearly, bright and clean, while the green apple and fermentary notes dance about. Long finish, seriously salty, with a hint of soot and paraffin lingering. How lovely is this at only ten years? Proper marvellous stuff.

The leather creeps in slow, like old boots left too long by a campfire, while that fermentary funk—mustard sharp, almost like a sneeze—makes me grin. The soot’s there too, just a whisper, like the last curl of smoke from a blown-out candle. And the finish? Bloody hell, it just keeps going—long, salty, with that garlic ghost lingering like a cheeky afterthought. Tastes like a proper ten-year-old that’s been marinating in sunshine and sea air. Lovely stuff.

It’s incredibly lively on the tongue, with a long, seriously salty finish that just lingers. There’s a touch of mustard and some leather in there, and the distillate shines through so clearly. Feels a bit like soot or basalt, grounding it all. Honestly, it’s got that lovely, almost coastal character that makes you think of wet limestone after rain. Absolutely smashing! 😊

Blimey, this is a right lively dram! First thing I notice is that wet limestone after rain, kinda chalky and sooty on the nose. In the glass, it bursts with lemon and a bit of green apple, then that marvellous saline kick comes through—long and seriously salty. There's a hint of mustard and garlic in the aftertaste, which is cracking. At only ten years, how lovely is this? 👍

嗯，这杯真的……一鼻子就感觉到扑面而来的柠檬香，混合着麦草和一点点淡淡的石蜡味。😊 喝起来，感觉像是浓缩柠檬汁里混了一小口海水和黏土，那种矿物质感特别明显，像在舔一块潮湿的石灰石，甚至有点火山岩的味道。哇，这咸鲜感太棒了！ 余味很长，居然有一丝大蒜的影子？还有烟灰和皮革的感觉。不可思议的是，它才十年就这么集中，酒体本身的风味完全凸显出来了，带着点发酵的气息和白垩的质感。 天啊，这种活泼又扎实的感觉，我太喜欢了。😄
