There’s a piney, petrol‑like linger that’s surprisingly clean and pure, while a tarry rope and gorse flower give a sweet‑tarry depth. The finish is long, umami‑rich, a touch of oyster brine and pickled tarragon, round and eminently pleasurable – just the sort of lingering, seaside feel that makes you want another sip 😊
