Blimey, this one’s deep gold and feels extremely wet on the palate—walnuts running the show, all over the shop really 😅 Chocolaty walnuts, nutty liqueurs, and that old Jerez vinegar tang—almost like a huge fino gone wild 🍇 Then it dips into musty old cellar corners, apple peel sharpness, heavy marmalade sweetness… But hold on—very bitter-sour twist, mustard, curry dust? Unnatural but weirdly right Amontillado dryness, dried pears, sulphur-like touch (just a hint), then fudge and miso pop up mid-sip Back to maltiness at the end, with malt extracts and liquorice lingering very long A chalky, peppery finish, like licking a white wine cask that fell into a chutney jar 🥜 Jerezian through and through, no doubt. …bit odd, but I’d happily drink it again.
