Last night, I poured myself a glass and the first thing that hit me was this really bright, zesty scent – like marmalade with a good squeeze of lemon. As I took a sip, it felt pretty robust, almost like a thick ale. It made me think of Ovaltine mixed with a dark Guinness, quite malty and with a proper barley backbone. There was a lovely vanilla note and a bit of toffee sweetness, which was really welcome. I got this strong impression of raisin rolls and full-flavoured pastries, with a hint of ginger cake and sherry coming through later. The taste matched the nose perfectly, like they were totally in sync. It's a really fruity number, almost like cereal, and has this mocha and chocolate quality that lingers. The texture was rather thick, and the finish? It was long, firm, and very good. 😋

Quite cosy, really. I get a soft fruity sweetness, a bit of vanilla and oak, then a gentle spice that warms up nicely 😊 Feels easy-going, mellow, and a tad creamy — the kind of dram I’d sip on a chilly evening.

There's a hint of smoke that lingers, not too strong, just enought to make it interesting. The finish is long and warming, leaves you feeling all cozy. Really lovely stuff! 😊 Sometimes the notes remind me of a sunny afternoon in the countryside, with fresh fruit and earthy undertones. It's got that classic vibe, you know?

Oh wow, this one's proper nice! 😊 First whiff is like... sweet things, maybe honey or toffee, and a bit of that lovely cinnamom spice. 🍯 Then you get more going on – some nutty bits, like alomond, and a wee touch of dark fruit, maybe plum? Not too heavy though. Has a lovely smooth feel, with a hint of smoke and oak that lingers just right. 🥃 Finishes with a bit of chocolate and vanilla, sort of cosy like. Really dig it. 👍 Typing this is making me fancy a dram already!
