Justhad a dram that reminded me of rum‑soaked honey cake with a whisper of damp paper and a little waxy note. There’s a hint of vintage English blond tobacco and a touch of lemongrass, plus dried fig and wine‑soaked figs swirling in. It glides into all the beehive things – honey tart, banana cake, a tiny pinch of salt and pollen – and finishes with good grief, how utterly delicious this was. 🍯
