This dram’s got a right old-fashioned nose – like opening Grandma’s cupboard and finding a waxed tablecloth tucked away with some 'old' teas. Sweet but not cloying, there’s a sappy honey and honeydew thing going on, almost like overripe apples left to sweat in the sun. A wee cigarette-y whisper creeps in, not too bold, more like a distant bonfire on the breeze. The palate’s got a bit of that cider tang, maybe slightly flat, but not unpleasant. Tobacco and oily tobacco extract linger, proper earthy, with a good length that hangs around like a half-forgotten Sunday afternoon. It’s rather okay, if I’m honest – not whisky I’d rave about, but it’s got character. Definitely not one for the faint-hearted, though. 🥃

Blimey, poured this golden dram last night and it was a proper little surprise 🥃 First off you get that hit of overripe apples, almost sharp like fresh cider? Then there's this waxy note, straight reminded me of grandma's old waxed tablecloth tucked in her cupboard, weirdly nostalgic. There's oily tobacco, slightly cigarette-y but not unpleasant at all, plus sappy honey and honeydew sweetness to balance it out. It's rather tight on the palate but the finish has good length, proper lingering tobacco and a touch of those 'old' teas. All in all, quite good, one of those weirdly charming drams you don't see every day.

Gold in the glass, that first nose hits you with overripe apples and a whiff of old teas—like rummaging through Grandma's cupboard. There's something honeyed here, a bit sappy honey too, but not cloying. On the tongue, it's rather tight at first, then opens up with a slightly cigarette-y edge and this waxy, almost waxed tablecloth feel. The oily tobacco extract lingers just enough to make you think of a dusty manzanilla sherry finish. Not unpleasant, mind you, and the good length carries through with a very okay warmth. Quite good, actually—simple but honest.

A wee hint of manzanilla on the nose, like a salty sea breeze. Good length on the finish, though it's rather tight at first. There's a slightly cigarette-y edge, some tobacco, and a touch of cider. The palate has this waxed tablecloth thing going on, not unpleasant at all. It's rather okay overall, maybe a wee bit closed, but I'm enjoying it.

你看这啤酒色金灿灿的 🍺，我觉得有些熟悉，带点茶叶的味道 🍵。喝起来挺舒服的，口感有些紧绷。有个熟悉的味道，是苹果，但有点过熟了，有点像老茶的味道。喝起来不错，味道挺长。偶尔有有点烟草味和纸钱味 😷，我觉得很不错。
