Cheers, just poured a dram and it's a gorgeous dark amber colour, really catching the light. First sip brings waves of marmalade and liquorice, with that meaty sherry note like drops of amontillado swirling in. I'm getting earthy mushrooms and morels, almost like a forest floor after rain. The finish is rather long, with tobacco and honey lingering, and hints of small herbs from the garden adding a fresh touch. It reminds me of Spanish jamon and Jerez, with toffee and black raisins weaving through. There's a mineral edge, like flints, and just a drop of balsamico for a tangy kick. Pairs nicely with walnuts and a bit of kougelhopf cake, I'd say. Nearly no changes as it breathes, steady and comforting. 🥃

There’s a meaty sherry vibe, hints of Spanish jamon and Worcester sauce, plus a drop of tabasco that keeps it relentless and unstoppable. Finishes sweet with honey, almonds and chocolate guaranteed, while small herbs from the garden and walnuts linger like old rancio wine in the background. 🥃

第一口就冲进来一股烟熏味，像刚点着的火药桶，接着是满满的蘑菇森林，还有那种泥土里挖出来的松露气息，简直是森林午夜的味道🌲 然后是西班牙火腿和烤核桃的香气，夹杂着一点蜂蜜的甜，还有那种老酒窖里的陈年气息，像是从Jerez老窖里偷偷滴出来的🍷 中间突然蹿出一股烟熏调料的味道，像极了Worcester酱里的那种劲道，但又不失优雅，仿佛在说：“别小看我” 最后是一阵矿物质的清凉感，像是刚从石头缝里流出来的泉水，还有那种坚果和可可的余韵，久久不散🥜 这家伙绝对配得上大鱼缸杯，一口下去，整个人都被镇住了，这股劲道简直是无可阻挡💪

Mushrooms and morels pop up, like walking through a damp forest. There’s a drop of balsamico sharpness, a hint of Worcester sauce, and that old rancio wine funk lingering. The sherry coating’s thick as a kougelhopf, with chocolate and almonds hanging around. Finishes long, earthy, with a touch of liquorice and herbs from the garden. Definitely more Jerez than Speyside—no mistaking that! 🥃

Dark, cosy dram this one 🥃 Loads of sherry, old wine, walnuts and burnt raisins. Bit earthy too — mushrooms, tobacco, liquorice, even a wee gunpowder spark. Feels more Jerez than Speyside tbh. Long, rich, slightly funky, and proper comfy in a big glass.
