倒出来是好看的amber色，但一凑近闻…嗯，有点塑料泥巴和锯木屑的味道？ 一沾舌头就感觉pretty hot，一股姜饼和便宜牛奶巧克力的甜味冲上来，但底下好像泡了杯浓black tea，带点樱桃可乐糖和红醋栗的果味儿。 含在嘴里…出现了turmeric那种暖烘烘的土腥气，还有black pepper的辣。木头感很强，像嚼了口树皮，混着铅笔刨花和一点湿树叶堆的味儿。 后段有点像烈的水果松糕酒，但 overall…说实话，not a huge amount to enjoy here。整体又干又 woody，花香（也许是lilies？）被压得几乎感觉不到。😮‍💨 喝完咂咂嘴，就记得那股热辣和泥土味了。跟之前喝过的15年比，平衡感差得 miles away…属于尝过就行不会再惦记的那种。

这杯下去 first impression 就是 pretty hot，感觉酒精感在舌头上有点横冲直撞的 😅 有点 pine resin 和 graphite 那种尖锐的、不太 pleasurably 的感觉，甚至带点 leaf mulch 和 plasticine 的联想，挺 earthy 的。 中间出现了些 mocha with praline 和 cherry cola cubes 的甜感，但马上又被 black pepper 和 paprika 的辛辣盖过，还有种 new wood 和 sawdusty aspect 的感觉。整体觉得 unbalance，像是被 modern sherry casks bullying 了，风味堆得有点杂，酒精也没完全融合好。 最后收尾 medium in length，留下干燥（dry）和类似 boozy trifle 的腻感。喝起来的确 crushes 这种高 strength NAS，但总觉得 miles away from the balance and harmony of the 15… 需要再给它点时间，或者换个心情试试看？🤷‍♂️

Bit of a strange one, tbh. Cherry cola, black cherries and cocoa at first, then it turns quite hot and peppery 🌶️ There’s a plasticky, graphite sort of thing too, with dry wood, bark and black tea. Finish is medium, but pretty dry and a bit unbalanced. Not loads of joy here, more tough than cosy.
