Pale gold in the glass, but blimey, 63.3% does make itself known at first. I get acacia honey, vanilla and a bit of muesli, then gooseberries and a slice of lemon, almost like Chablis without the bubbles. Quite powerful for its young age, a touch unsettling, then it softens nicely into sweet bread dough and a long honeyed finish 🙂
