Really very good, this one. Loads of sherry, prunes and Christmas cake, but never sickly sweet. I get maple syrup, stewed apples, bags of walnuts, then a darker bit of soy sauce and balsamic drifting in. There’s fresh pipe tobacco galore too, a touch of office coffee and crushed flints. Feels full of Armagnac, quite elegant, and it hangs around rather long 😊

Right then, just had a nip of this 🥃. Nose is proper nice... smoky with a bit of honey 🍯. Taste hits warm, like sitting by the fire 🔥. Maybe some dried fruit in there too? Finish lingers on the tonge. Definatly a good one for a rainy day. Cheers mates 🍻.
