First sip hits a bit sharp, almost like fresh paint and putty vibes 🤔 but give it a second... Then it mellows out nicely, like a young bourbon opening up. Very sweet, almost candy sugar level honestly. Getting some tinned pears and tinned fruits on the palate, a bit of fruit salad feel to it. There's this cake-like quality mixed with apple skins and almonds underneath. A touch of grass in there too, which is interesting. Gets then smoother as you go, which I quite like 👍 Though the finish is rather short, wish it lingered a bit more. Overall a nice dram for a casual evening, nothing too complicated.
