Oof, first sip’s like chomping into a sugar cube—sharp sweetness right in the face, then a wee bite at the back. Not bad, just… loads of it. Quick as a flash it mellows out though, like cake crumbs melting on your tongue. Hints of tinned pears and apple skins lurking in there too, not overpowering, just a cheeky little nod. Finish’s rather short, but smooth as anything—no drama, just a clean, sugary whisper left behind. Like a young bourbon that’s been rolling around in a barrel of candy sugar. Nice enough for a quick nip.
