Very light and easy-going, the sort of all-purpose whisky I’d happily sip on a quiet evening. I get white wine, limoncello and a bit of orange blossom first, then vanilla, light fudge, banana sweets and those cake-y biscuits come through. There’s a nice little mix of candied almonds, Amaretti and barbecued marshmallows too 😊 It stays fairly short, but the flavours got a little more complex after a minute, with a soft herbal tea thing at the end. Rather nice, honestly.
