Medium body, right off the bat I get this huge wave of tropical fruit – kiwi, pineapple, like a super fresh fruit salad. Then it turns more creamy, almost like bourbony bananas and a touch of honey. There's a lovely baked quality too, reminds me of warm scones and brioche. A hint of yuzu zest cuts through the sweetness beautifully. The finish has a gentle, wisp of straw and a very faint rum note. It just feels incredibly sunny and lifted, honestly like flying very high on a summer day. A really lovely, classy sipper. 🍍✨

Just had a sip and wow, it's like a burst of orchard fruits and tropical sunshine! 🍊 Got this lovely late harvest Riesling vibe with more oranges coming through, and honestly, it's so very fruity. There's something that reminds me a little bit of some Irish whiskeys I've tried, with that ripe kiwi just dazzling the palate. I get these creamy, bourbony bananas and papayas, and I swear if there's any rum influence, it's just amping up those gorgeous tropical notes. Pears are there too, soft and sweet. The vanilla is smooth, and it all wraps up with these classic, classy notes of brioches and warm scones, like a weekend bake-off. Medium in body but flying very high on flavour! ✨

Warm and a bit spicy, with soft honey and oak coming through. Feels cosy, like a quiet evening by the fire 🥃 A wee citrusy lift too, then a gentle dry finish.

Just had a sip of this one... oh wow 🥃 the first thing that hits me is like, warm honey and a bit of spicy ginger. Kinda cozy, you know? Then it opens up, like... hmm, some dried fruit? Maybe raisins or figs? A little like Christmas cake, but not too sweet. There's this woody thing in the back too, like old oak. 🪵 The finish is long and kinda peppery. Leaves a lovely warmth right down to your chest. Perfect for a chilly evening. 🍂 It's quite smooth overall, a nice dram. Makes you want to just sit back and relax. 😌
