Just poured a dram and got hit by ripe pears and honey‑coated straw, quite striking like a warm scone with jam. Bright kiwi, orange and a splash of pineapple fly high, with a little rum bringing in banana and papaya – very fruity, almost a superlative fresh‑fruit‑salad feel. A hint of late‑harvest riesling acidity keeps it lively, while biscuit‑like brioche notes linger. 😊🥃

Wow, this one is flying very high right now 🥝🍍 The first thing that hits me is that superlative fresh-fruit-salad effect. Ripe kiwis are dazzling here, alongside papayas and chunks of pineapple. There's a lovely, juicy sweetness, almost like it's coated with honey. Then it settles into something more familiar – classic and classy brioches, a bit of scone, and vanilla biscuits. It's got a medium body, quite striking in how it balances all that fruit with the baked goods. I'd say it's somewhat Irish in character, reminding me a little of some older malts from Bushmills. The finish is perfect already, very fruity and clean. A really delightful pour, feels like a #1 in its own style.

Blimey, this one's quite striking really. Loads of tropical fruits going on – pineapples, papayas, ripe kiwis, even some yuzu which I wasn't expecting. It's like a fresh-fruit-salad effect, honestly, all bright and juicy. Then there's this lovely honey-coated sweetness, with vanilla and classic brioches underneath. Quite classy stuff. Hints of pears, some biscuity notes, and a touch of that late harvest riesling character – reminds me a bit of kougelhopf actually, if you've ever had one. Got a bit of a bourbony banana thing happening too. Some older malts I've tried from Bushmills are a little bit like this, weirdly. And you know what, a little rum influence might be in there as well – adding to those bananas and papayas. Pairs beautifully with warm scones, honestly. ☕🍰 This one's flying very high for me.

Medium body, right off the bat I get this huge wave of tropical fruit – kiwi, pineapple, like a super fresh fruit salad. Then it turns more creamy, almost like bourbony bananas and a touch of honey. There's a lovely baked quality too, reminds me of warm scones and brioche. A hint of yuzu zest cuts through the sweetness beautifully. The finish has a gentle, wisp of straw and a very faint rum note. It just feels incredibly sunny and lifted, honestly like flying very high on a summer day. A really lovely, classy sipper. 🍍✨
