Lovely golden dram, quite simple but in a good way. First thing I get is vanilla, loads of American oak, then Nutella, muesli and that nice barley note. There’s a bit of orange cake, sponge cake and macaroons going on, with a wee citrus lift. Not a bubblegum thing at all, more classic and cosy. Finish is medium, a touch earthy pepper, with good oranges and vanilla hanging about 🙂

Proper classic one this, innit? First off you get that lovely orange cake aroma, really good oranges mixed with citrus. Then the barley-y notes come through, very very fine stuff. Vanilla's right up there from the start, creamy and fresh. A bit simple maybe but done well – like good vanilla cake or macaroons. American oak galore gives it that gianduja richness, medium body though. Aftertaste has a touch of earthy pepper and ginger, maybe even a hint of ale. Jelly beans linger too. Easy drinking, gold in the glass. 😊🥃

Just had a drem of this whisky, and here's my take. 👃 The nose is all smokey and erthy, with a bit of citrus peel – propper lovely. 🍊 First sip, you get hit with spices, like ginger and a tuch of vanilla. 🔥 The finish is long and warm, leving a sweet aftertaste of honey and oak. 🍯 It's a real comfort drink, perfict for a quiet evening. Cheers! 🥃
