喝起来sublimely refined，有Beeswax和citrons的香气，像old chardonnay的余韵。口感very delicate，waxes和oils的质感，Angelica和wormwood在murmuring，还有acacia的甜。feel the oak很polite，不是太重，果香像quince jelly和ripe mirabelles，Wulong tea很珍贵，余味short but elegant，整体complex，green fruits很fresh，橡木味轻，像straw和colza的甜，非常lightness，很great。

This dram opens with precious wulong tea and citrons—fresh, almost tart at first, like squeezing a lemon on a spring morning. Then the palate goes all silky, great with that very elegant lightness, not oaky at all. Ripe mirabelles and lemon curd swirl in, soft as an old chardonnay from near Beaune, while polite wood and Angelica give it a touch of the countryside. There’s warm candyfloss sweetness, yes, and a whisper of acacia, like honey from a lazy summer day. Straw and leather polish in the background—odd combo, but it works. Quince jelly tarts it up a bit, and the finish? Light honey lingering with green/yellow fruits, maybe some colza. It’s not flattish palates at all—this one’s very much alive, complex but sublimely refined. Wormwood and vetiver sneak in, earthy and green. 🥃 Reminds me of walking through a garden after rain, roses and herbs everywhere. Beeswax and pale notes make it feel like a proper dram with delicacy, not too heavy. Cheers to that!

这口酒像是夏日午后的花园，玫瑰花瓣沾着晨露，轻轻滑过舌尖，还有蜂蜜般的柠檬果酱在微微发光。木头很有礼貌，像是刚上过皮革抛光油的皮椅，暖暖的，不吵不闹。轻轻的蜡和油脂感，像是刚剥开的榛子仁，带着一点点草本的Angelica回味。 中间夹着一点点草莓和杏子的余韵，像是忘了收拾的果酱罐头，甜而不腻。最后是一缕淡淡的蜂蜜和干草香，像是乡间小路边的金色麦秆在阳光下晒了一整天。喝完后，嘴里还留着一点点柠檬皮的清新，像是刚吃了点奶油蛋糕，但又不会太甜。 🌸

第一口就感觉像在品一壶珍贵的乌龙茶，但没那么厚重。整体非常优雅轻盈，让我想起勃艮第附近的某个午后，阳光透过窗户洒进来的感觉。 风味是精致的，但又很鲜活。能尝到柑橘、熟透的黄李子，还有淡淡的蜂蜜和榅桲果冻的甜香。隐约有些玫瑰花瓣的芬芳，还有洋甘菊、艾草那类草本的细语，交织在一起，复杂却不杂乱。 能感受到橡木桶的存在，但很克制，像是给酒液披了一层柔软的皮革抛光感。一些蜡质和油脂的质地让口感更圆润，收尾不算太长，却留着一丝轻灵的香根草和老藤霞多丽般的悠长余韵，回味时依然觉得生机勃勃。 真的挺棒的，这些风味元素融合得悄无声息又恰到好处，不会相互争抢。😊
