Just had a crack at this number last night, absolute belter 😍 First you get that bright granny smith apple hit, then a whiff of fresh foliage like you’re stood in a Jura hedgerow, yeah? Then that funky rum twang kicks in, mixed with sharp candied orange and a little white wine zing. There’s a proper earthy salty kick too, plus ginger, mustard, pepper – like a cheeky curry spice mix without being overpowering. Hints of tobacco, orange peel, white peach, that classic ale yeast fermentative tang, even a little beer-like malt sweetness in the middle, plus a leathery depth at the end. Nice long finish, no harshness at all, would happily neck a dram any evening 🥃

Blimey, just had a proper lovely dram this evening 😂 First you get that little pepper kick, then soft white peach sweetness comes through, loads of discreet exotic fruit notes too. It’s got that pure Jura character all the way through, not too in your face, y’know? There’s a hint of tobacco at the back, plus that zing of orange peels and candied oranges. Loved that earthy and salty little side it has, and the crisp granny smith apples note too! Even picked up a weird little tequila-like twang at the finish, and the nice length means the flavour hangs around for ages after each sip. Perfect for winding down after work tbh 🥃

First sip hits you with that crisp apple note, like biting into a Granny Smith – sharp but refreshing. Then there's a twist of tequila, adding a smoky kick, mingling with candied orange sweetness and a hint of lime that wakes up the palate. The ‘funky’ rum underneath gives it a tropical edge, while pepper spice sneaks in. It’s smooth as you like, with a pure expression of Jura – earthy and salty, like a windswept moor. Fermentative notes and yeast linger, almost like a Belgian ale, but it’s the leather and white peach that steal the show. Finishes clean and crystalline, but that funky rum doesn’t let go easy. Nice length, that one.

Blimey, this one's got a lovely crystal clarity to it. On the nose, I'm picking up lime zest and a bit of that funky rum character, almost like a hint of tequila in the background. When I take a sip, there's a nice tobacco leaf note that mingles with earthy, salty undertones – reminds me of seaside air. It's quite fresh with granny smith apples and candied oranges, and the finish lingers well, bringing in touches of ginger ale and a subtle curry spice. Definite yeast and fermentative notes, like a good ale or sourdough, with discreet exotic fruits peeking through. Really enjoyable. 😋

这家伙刚入口，先是一股淡淡的芥末味冒出来，像极了某个午后在花园里翻土的味道。接着，泥土和海盐的气息扑面而来，让人想起海边小径上的野草丛。苹果的清新夹杂着发酵的酵母味，有点像刚出炉的面包皮，又带点啤酒花的余韵。 柑橘皮和白葡萄酒的余韵在舌尖打转，像是晒干的橙子皮泡在温水里。最后，龙舌兰的辛辣和皮革的暖意悄悄收场，留下一丝姜味的回响。整体像是一杯纯净的日内瓦湖水，晶莹剔透，却又藏着说不出的复杂。
