Just poured a dram, light gold in the glass, first notes of fresh bread and a little honeyed sweetness, then a touch of juicy golden sultanas that grew bigger on the palate. There's a hint of young Chablis minerality, almost like dipping into perfect chalk, with a whisper of banana and ripe peaches in the aftertaste. Finishes with a very quiet sherry unleashed, a little more aromatic, and a lovely yeastiness that feels pretty perfect for its age. 🥃
