Takes a moment to get going, starts a tad unusual with these herbal touches and a hint of marsh mallow that’s proper intriguing. Then it’s like someone’s raided a marmalade factory – sweet, zesty, with a bit of Turkish delight in the background. A splash of kiwi liqueur sneaks in, weirdly muesli-like but not in a bad way, and the oak’s barely there, just a whisper. The middle’s long and fuller, vanilla creeping in like you’re sitting by a kitchen window, but after a few seconds it falls back into line. The finish? Bit simple, malty with a twist of thyme, but it’s more and more vanilla as it fades. Nice and interesting, though it loses steam over time – what a pull-up, really. Needs a bit of time to open up, but honestly, very good and absolutely flawless for a first sip.

First nosing was really pleasant – I picked up thyme, ripe apples, and more and more vanilla. 🍎 Started drinking it and it was a tad unusual, but then lemon swung in full, with nice notes of bitter oranges and that simply malty base. Little touches of paraffin and herbs too. Over time, it loses steam a bit, but vanilla keeps coming, and I got rather ideas of Turkish delights. The oakiness was very moderate, making the palate wider – hints of kiwi liqueur, aniseed, and some muesli or straw. What a pull-up at the end! Though it felt a tad simple overall. 😉

刚闻这酒，开头有点不寻常，但柠檬味立马冲上来，带着些百里香和果皮的香气。橡木味很中等，还有少许石蜡的趣味，挺有意思的。口感上，杏仁糖的味道又出现了，成熟苹果和茴香的感觉，几秒钟后它就回归正轨。草本味也冒出来，艾草的淡淡气息。余味里有真正的棉花糖和更多柠檬，橙皮酱的感觉，回味很长很饱满，需要时间展开！一开始觉得有点简单，但喝着喝着就好了。整体麦芽味简单直接，像麦片，但绝对完美，更宽广的体验。有土耳其软糖的影子，稻草和橙皮酱的组合，不过喝久了好像有点失去动力。😄

First sip... quite the interesting one. I’d say I get this immediate marzipan hit, almost like those Turkish delights you buy at Christmas, but it’s more ‘ideas’ of Turkish delights, if you know what I mean? It starts a tad unusual. After a few seconds, it kinda falls back into line. The palate feels ‘wider’ – a bit of muesli, some citrus peelings coming through, definitely more lemon as it opens up. You get these nice notes of bitter oranges too, and then it shifts... lemon in full swing, almost like a lemon curd. There’s a little kiwi liqueur note I didn’t expect. It needs time in the glass, mind you. I’m getting touches of herbs now, thyme maybe? And a whisper of aniseed. There’s a true marsh mallow sweetness weaving in and out, and what a pull-up that vanilla is – more and more of it, really. It’s simply ‘malty’ at its heart. Touches of paraffin give it an old-school edge, and that wormwood adds a bitter, dry finish. Long and fuller towards the end... though I’d say it loses steam over time if you let it sit. But for a good while there, it’s very good and absolutely flawless in its own way. 🥃

Quite warm and mellow, with a bit of honeyed sweetness, light spice, and a soft oaky feel. Feels cosy on a rainy evening — gentle, slightly fruity, and a wee bit smoky at the end 🥃✨
