Honestly, this one’s just 🤌 First sip is mellow, sweet as meadow honey and acacia honey right? You get very ripe bananas, stewed peaches, even a hint of tarte tatin, plus apples and papayas for that fruity kick. Then there’s raisins, sultanas, honey-glazed roasted walnuts and a little bit of peanuts for crunch. The middle is medium, still sweet with caramelised brown sugar, peach liqueur, and even unexpected touches of rum! The back end has that good cognac XO warmth, and the aftertaste lingers with crème brûlée and maple syrup notes. Overall just excellent, looks gold in the glass too, so good I’m already going for a second pour 😂

A whisper of rum sneaks in, like a fancy cognac XO giving it a cheeky nudge. The malt’s there, smooth as a meadow in summer, but not too heavy—just right for a cosy evening. Peanuts and raisins add this nutty, fruity crunch, while the honey (acacia and meadow, yeah?) lingers like a summer breeze. Still sweet at the end, but not cloying—just a lovely, mellow hug in a glass. Perfect with a twist of brown sugar. Cheers! 🥃

First sip, oh wow, that's proper honeyed — like meadow honey drizzled over very ripe bananas and papayas. There's this lovely peach liqueur sweetness that just wraps everything up. Then it gets a bit moreish... I'm getting sultanas and raisins, almost like a good rum soaked fruit cake my nan used to make. Quite mellow actually, medium body, not too heavy at all. After a few more sips I'm picking up apples and tarte tatin vibes — that caramelised, buttery thing going on. Proper crème brûlée on the nose too 🤤 And the finish? It's like honey-glazed roasted walnuts with a touch of maple syrup. Maybe a hint of good cognac XO rounding things off. There's a bit of peanuts coming through as well which I wasn't expecting but it works. The aftertaste lingers nicely, sweet and warming, almost rum-like. Excellent dram honestly. Would happily sit with this on a quiet evening by the fire 🔥

Looks like liquid gold in the glass, honestly. 🥃 The first sniff is just… wow. It’s like sticking your nose into a pot of meadow honey, then you get this lovely baked thing – definitely thinking of crème brûlée and maybe a tarte tatin that’s just come out of the oven. On the palate, it’s so sweet and generous. It starts with maple syrup and acacia honey, then more of that gorgeous peach liqueur note, very ripe papayas too. There’s a good, solid maltiness holding it all up. A bit of those honey-glazed roasted walnuts come through, and even something like quince jam in the background. It’s excellent. The finish is long, still sweet, with that nutty character sticking around. Just a really lovely, comforting dram. 😊

这杯喝起来第一感觉就是好甜美的，像切开一个熟透的苹果🍎 还带着榅桲的香气，红糖和蜂蜜的甜味融在一起。让我想起小时候吃的焦糖炖梨，还有桃子利口酒那种果汁感。 没想到后段居然有点陈年干邑的影子，就像一小口上好的XO，带着葡萄干和榅桲的果脯味。余味悠长，蜂蜜的香甜久久不散，偶尔还能捕捉到一丝意外的朗姆酒风味。 整体非常醇和顺滑，金黄色的酒液在杯里晃着，像秋日果园里的阳光。喝完暖暖的，像坐在壁炉边回味一块完美的法式苹果塔🍰
